We spend the first 20 minutes mapping your current nervous system state — not your story, but your patterns. Where do you activate? Where do you freeze? What's your default under stress?
The Work
The next 50 minutes are active. We use Compassionate Inquiry, somatic tracking, breath, and precise questions to move through at least one layer of the pattern keeping you stuck. You'll leave having experienced something, not just discussed it.

The final 20 minutes: your 90-day roadmap. Specific practices, next steps, and a clear picture of what this arc looks like for you — whether we continue working together or not.

What if I've never done somatic work?
This session works for beginners. You don't need any prior experience with body-based work. I'll guide the process step by step, and everything moves at your nervous system's pace, not mine.
Is this the same as therapy?
No. I'm a coach and an altered states of consciousness specialist, not a licensed therapist. This is not therapy. If clinical support is what's needed, I'll tell you — and refer you to the appropriate practitioner first.
How does the 50% credit work?
If you invest in The Alchemical Return or any of my programs within 30 days of your Breakthrough Session, 50% of €222 is credited directly toward the total cost. It's straightforward and transparent.
Can I book if I'm outside Portugal?
Yes. All sessions are online via video call. I work with clients across Europe and internationally, in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Time zone coordination is simple.
What if I apply and we're not a fit?
I'll let you know before any payment is processed. The application exists to confirm mutual fit, not to create obligation. I'm selective about who I work with — and I expect the same from you.
