Most people prepare logistically. Few prepare somatically, psychologically, and relationally. This program addresses all three — with the scientific rigor and ethical grounding the experience deserves.
Research consistently shows that set and setting — psychological preparation and environmental context — are the primary determinants of psychedelic experience quality and integration outcomes. This isn't a supplement to the experience. It's the foundation it rests on.
Unprocessed trauma surfaces unpredictably in non-ordinary states. Preparation doesn't prevent this — it builds the capacity to meet it.
Intention clarity correlates directly with integration depth. Vague entry leads to vague outcomes — or overwhelming ones.
Nervous system dysregulation before a ceremony amplifies difficulty during it. Somatic preparation is harm reduction.
Full personal history, experience history, nervous system baseline, and psychological screening. Understanding where you are — and what this experience may surface — before we discuss where you're going.
Not "what do I want from this?" — "what does this part of me need?" Somatic intention-setting that goes below the cognitive layer to the place where real change happens.
Breath and body practices for navigating non-ordinary states. Regulation tools, surrender practices, how to work with difficulty during the experience.
Pre-ceremony integration plan, post-ceremony container setup, emergency support protocol, relational and logistical considerations.
This is a unique approach that integrates coaching principles and therapeutic tools, rather than facilitation or substance sourcing.
I hold a PhD in Organic and Medicinal Chemistry — specifically relevant in the psychedelic space, where pharmacological understanding is as important as psychological preparation. I understand mechanisms of action, what the research actually says, and what it doesn't — not what popular culture has decided it means.
I hold a 12-month Professional Certificate in Integrative Psychedelic Studies (VITAL), specializing in psychedelic-informed practice, harm reduction, and integration — with focused work in chronic pain and expanded states, Jungian depth psychology and archetypal shadow work, dream interpretation, somatic approaches to trauma, and nervous system healing. I have completed specialized training through ICEERS Academy, with an emphasis on safety, ethics, and best practices in non-clinical psychedelic work. I am currently training in Compassionate Inquiry®.
I am trained in breathwork and psychedelic facilitation, and I hold both the theoretical and experiential sides of this spectrum. This means I can prepare you across the full architecture: body, nervous system, psyche, and pharmacology.
I don't facilitate substances. I prepare the person who will take them.
"I thought preparation meant setting an intention on a piece of paper. What Rosa showed me was that I was carrying three decades of unprocessed grief into that space. Working with her beforehand meant the experience had somewhere to go — and I came out of it with my feet on the ground."

Preparation determines what that meeting looks like.
