A container that doesn’t fit you
is not neutral.
Years ago I got the job I had wanted my entire career. In the first week my new boss told me, cheerfully, “I will break you to make you.”
He tried. He couldn’t. So he fired me.
It took me an embarrassingly long time to understand what had actually happened — that I had been offered a container built to reshape me rather than support me, and that I said yes because I could not yet tell the difference. My nervous system had been trained to read that as normal. It had, after all, been reading it as normal since I was about four.
So here are the doors. I would genuinely rather sell you the smaller one than the wrong one — because a container that doesn’t fit is an expensive way to confirm that nothing works, and you have almost certainly bought one of those before.
Two honest ways to begin.
The cheapest, most honest way to meet the work is one hour, at €35, while I certify. The most useful way to get oriented is The Window — a session plus a follow-up placed where change actually sets. Either way you leave with more than you came with, whether or not you ever work with me again.
The First Hour — the cheapest, most honest way to meet the work.
One hour, one to one. We follow what's actually happening in your body and your story rather than talking about it — a Compassionate Inquiry session at a reduced rate while I certify. Trained, not yet certified. Not therapy, not a fix. If you've never worked with me and want to feel it before anything larger, start here.
It's €35 because I'm certifying, not because it's a taster — the rate rises when I qualify.
The Window — find out what you're actually dealing with, and make it stick.
Ninety minutes, one to one. We map what your nervous system is doing, name the pattern underneath the presenting problem, and build you a written roadmap — then place a 30-minute follow-up inside the two-to-four weeks when your brain is most able to set a new pattern. A single session without that follow-up wastes the window.
If you go on to any program within 30 days, half of what you paid comes off the price. So the work effectively costs €111 — and you never commit to a container before you know which one is yours.

What people ask before saying yes.
Do you work with people outside Portugal?
Yes. All sessions are online. Clients work with me from across Europe, the US, and beyond. I work in English and Portuguese. No geographic limitations — just time zone coordination.
Do you accept health insurance?
Not currently. All sessions are private pay. I can provide a detailed receipt for your records, which you may be able to submit to your insurance provider depending on your coverage and country.
What's the difference between your work and traditional therapy?
Therapy primarily works top-down — using thought, narrative, and insight. My work starts bottom-up, in the body and nervous system. I'm also not a licensed therapist. I'm a coach, somatic and integration specialist. We're often complementary, not competing. Many clients work with both.
Is this safe if I have a trauma history?
Trauma-informed practice is the foundation of everything I do. That said, if you're in active crisis, I'll refer you to the appropriate clinical support first. Nervous system regulation and safety are my baseline — not a nice-to-have.
Do I have to be interested in psychedelics to work with you?
Not at all. Breathwork, somatic work, and coaching are standalone offerings. Psychedelic preparation and integration is one layer — not the whole. Most clients come for nervous system work and somatic coaching, period.
How do I know if I'm ready?
If you're asking this question, you probably are. Readiness isn't the absence of fear — it's having enough of a reason to move through it. The Window is designed to assess this together with honesty and precision.

I have a 2-client waitlist and turn down more work than I accept — not because of scarcity strategy, but because the quality of the container matters more than the volume of the work. Every offer I make, I can deliver with full presence. I don't overextend. Your transformation requires my focused attention, and that's exactly what you'll get.
Pricing reflects the depth of training, the quality of the container, and the results this work produces. Affordability matters. So does the sustainability of my practice. Both things can be true at once.
Committed, but not yet resourced?
Not everyone who is ready for this work arrives with the financial capacity to step into it right away. I know that. I have lived that.
I deeply value people who are committed, coachable, honest, and ready to do the work — even when the means aren't fully there yet. Because of that, I keep a small, intentional number of pro bono spaces open. At this stage, that includes one pro bono place in a longer-format container — either the 3-session pack or a mentorship — and two pro bono psychedelic integration sessions per month.
The altered states field is close to my heart. It is also still under-regulated and in genuine need of ethical, accessible support. These spaces are one way I choose to serve it with care and integrity.
These spaces are limited and offered selectively — not first come, first served. Where there is real alignment of need, readiness, and commitment.
