The Pattern
Beneath
the Story
Some patterns do not begin in the mind.
They live in the body first.
One hour, one to one — the simplest, most honest way to find out what it's actually like to work with me.
€35 · The rate rises when I qualify
I postponed my thesis defence.
More than once.
I had the data. I had the results. I had eleven years of training and a supervisor who was ready. And I could not make myself walk into that room — and I told nobody the reason, because the reason was that I was certain they would finally work out I did not belong there.
Then I read one paper on imposter syndrome and something in my chest actually unclenched. Not because it fixed anything. Because it meant I was not the only one.
That is what this hour is. Not a fix. One honest conversation with someone who will recognise the shape of what you are carrying, say it out loud, and hand you something you can use this week.
No pitch. No performance.
Here is exactly what this is.
An hour of real work
We follow what's actually happening in your body and your story, rather than talking about it. Most people arrive with a situation and leave with a pattern — the thing underneath the situation, which is usually older than the situation.
Not therapy, not a fix
It isn't therapy, a diagnosis, or a fix. It's an hour with someone who is trained but not yet certified in Compassionate Inquiry — and who will tell you honestly when something is outside her scope.
Because I'm certifying
Not because it's a taster. The rate reflects where I am in my training, and it will go up when I qualify. €35, one hour, one to one — the most honest way to find out if this is for you.
We go to the layer
underneath the story.
Most conversations about a problem stay at the level of the problem. The First Hour doesn't. Using Compassionate Inquiry — the approach developed by Dr Gabor Maté, which I'm training in and not yet certified — together with somatic tracking and breath, we follow what your body is doing while you speak. That's usually where the real information is.
You don't need experience with body-based work. You don't need to arrive articulate or certain. You just need to be willing to look at what's actually there — and to let me hold it with both precision and care. If something belongs with a clinician, I'll say so, and help you find the right support.
A first door —
low stakes, real work.
This is for you if:
- You've been curious what it's actually like to work with me
- You want to feel the work before committing to anything larger
- You have a situation you keep circling and can't quite land
- You want honesty over hype, and precision over reassurance
This is not for you if:
- You are in acute crisis and need clinical or emergency care (I'll help you find it)
- You want a diagnosis, a prescription, or a guaranteed fix
- You want to stay in the story and not look underneath it
One hour.
€35, while I certify.
An honest rate for honest work, at this point in my training. It won't stay here — the price rises when I qualify. If you've been curious, this is the moment it costs the least.
What one hour
has been enough to move.
"One of the most insightful sessions I've had. The way you pointed out how mean I was being to myself was so kind. I can't wait to schedule weekly sessions with you — if this was just 30 minutes, what would happen when we work together for longer?"
Nicole — Nurse
"For the first time, my mind stopped and became quiet. I could feel my heart and know exactly what I have to do next."
Nathalia — CEO / Founder
"I released feelings I had in my heart for so long. After our session, I feel more centred, grounded, and in tune with myself."
Andreia — Compensation Lead
"Rosa feels exactly what you need at the moment and guides you through your process of healing. If you ever think you're alone in your pain, just check out her work."
Denisa — CEO / Founder
Before you book.
What actually happens in the hour?
We follow what's actually happening in your body and your story, rather than talking about it. Most people arrive with a situation and leave with a pattern — the thing underneath the situation, which is usually older than the situation.
Is this therapy?
No. It isn't therapy, a diagnosis, or a fix. It's an hour of real work with someone who is trained but not yet certified in Compassionate Inquiry, and who will tell you when something is outside her scope.
Why is it only €35?
Because I'm certifying, not because it's a taster. The rate reflects where I am in my training, and it will go up when I qualify.
What is Compassionate Inquiry?
Compassionate Inquiry is a therapeutic approach developed by Dr Gabor Maté that gently uncovers the layer beneath the presenting story. I'm training in it and not yet certified; I use it as one method within trauma-informed somatic coaching.
What if I want to go further afterward?
Then there's a clear next step: The Window — a 90-minute session with a follow-up placed inside the weeks when change sets best. But there's no obligation. The First Hour is complete in itself.
An hour is a small thing to give
a pattern that's been running for years.
One hour, one to one, €35 while I certify. If you've been curious, this is the cheapest and most honest way to find out.
