You got very good at the going.
Nobody ever taught you the returning.
A six-month laboratory for the states that don't happen in ordinary consciousness — dreams, breath, trance, and the journeys you take. For the person who has already been somewhere, and cannot get it home.
Take the Sounding →Maybe it was ceremony. Maybe a breath session you went into curious and came out of unrecognizable. Maybe it's the dreams — the ones that keep returning with the patience of something that intends to be understood.
You know it mattered. You have not been able to say why. And the people you tried to tell either got mystical about it or got quietly worried about you.
So it sits there. A collection of extraordinary afternoons and a life that looks unchanged. And each time you go back, you go a little further and bring a little less home — because you have become very good at the going, and nobody ever taught you the returning.
Here is the annoying truth, and it is the whole reason I do this work: the state is not the work. The state is the aperture.
What comes through it is raw material. And raw material without a method is just weather.
The mystics called it a threshold. The chemist in me calls it a plasticity window and a set of very old techniques for reading what surfaces. Both of us are describing the same doorway — and only one of us can tell you how long it stays open.
Meanwhile the entire industry around you keeps selling the aperture. Again and again. Because the aperture is dramatic, and the method is not.
Altered states are not one thing. They are a set of doors, and which ones open for you is largely a matter of how your particular system is built. Hypnotic suggestibility varies enormously between people and is measurable. Some of us are dream-dominant and have spent three years doing breathwork. Finding out which door is actually yours is often the most valuable hour in the whole six months.
Recall, incubation, lucidity, and — where the real value lives — the dream series, read as one document across months rather than one night at a time.
Titrated conscious connected breathing, contraindications cleared before every arc. You learn the exit before the entrance. The entrance is easy.
Guided self-hypnosis, quantum hypnosis and deep meditative absorption, for the systems built that way — taught as practice, within coaching scope, never as treatment.
Preparation and integration of your own journeys, where they are part of your life. I do not source, supply, or administer anything. That boundary is absolute.
Not a curriculum of experiences. A sequence built so that what surfaces has somewhere to land.
A sounding is how you measure the depth of water before you enter it. Your complete history with non-ordinary states — every one, including the ones you have never told anyone about — mapped by someone competent, looking at all of it together instead of one episode at a time. Plus a real screen, and a baseline.
Ballast is what lets a vessel go deep without capsizing. Two reliable regulation routes, a tested exit, and an abort protocol that works in any modality. This month is deliberately unglamorous. Every serious harm in this field happens to someone with no ballast and no way back.
A systematic trial of each door, with a log. Not what you hoped would work — what actually did. You leave with a ranked, personal, evidence-based map of your own openings.
Deliberate, repeated, methodical work through your doors. Dream incubation with a real question. Breath arcs with live tracking. Lucidity training where the aptitude is there. Journey preparation where a journey falls in the window. Descents are paced with recovery weeks and never stacked.
Jungian amplification — the image held, associated, amplified, never collapsed into one tidy interpretation. Active imagination, properly taught, with its boundaries. Compassionate Inquiry on whatever carries charge. And then the ruthless question this whole program is built toward: so what changes on Tuesday?
The return leg — the unglamorous doorway between the mystical and the Monday-to-Friday. A practice architecture you will actually keep, including an honest ceiling. Then a deliberate three-week gap before the final session, because what survives the gap is yours, and what doesn't is the last session's material while I am still here to help.
Six months · 14 sessions · roughly €647 a month
2, 3, or 6-month payment plans · self-pacing available if life gets loud
2, 3, or 6-month payment plans. On the six-month plan that is roughly €647 a month, spread across the container as we go. We agree which one before we start, and it does not change what is included.
If things shift too fast, or the pace stops being one your nervous system can metabolize, there is the option to self-pace the container — to slow the rhythm so the work is done with integrity and actually integrated, rather than completed on schedule and half-absorbed.
I would rather you take eight months and land it than six months and file it. That is not a concession. It is the same principle the whole programme is built on.
Clients working with me receive 10% off a place on my retreats. The current one runs in Colombia, 30 January to 7 February 2027 — Shanayoy Healing Center, Sibundoy Valley, five places. It is €2,700, or €2,430 at the client rate, with a €1,440 deposit holding a place and the balance due mid-December. Enrolment closes 15 September 2026. For anyone whose container ends around that point, the close of the deep work and a small celebratory trip can be the same moment.
Entirely optional. The container is complete without it, and I will never sequence a programme so that the retreat becomes the thing you feel you have to buy to finish properly.
If you have one ceremony to metabolize — one arc, one window, one thing that needs to land — then Psychedelic Integration is five sessions and it is the right purchase. Take that one.
If you are building a life that includes non-ordinary states as a working method — dreams, breath, trance and journeys, across months, with a practice architecture built around them — that is The Deep Water.
If you are not sure which, say so on the application. I will tell you honestly, including when the cheaper one is the right one.
This is somatic coaching and mentorship in altered states. It is not psychotherapy, it is not medical care, and it is not a substitute for either.
I hold a PhD in Medicinal Organic Chemistry and five years of postdoctoral research, alongside training in somatic trauma coaching, Compassionate Inquiry, Jungian depth psychology and dream interpretation, breathwork (SomaBreath® Levels 1 & 2), and psychedelic preparation and integration through VITAL (Integrative Psychedelic Studies) and ICEERS Academy. I am currently certifying as a Quantum Hypnosis practitioner.
I am not a licensed psychotherapist or physician. I do not diagnose, I do not treat mental illness, and I do not prescribe. Until my Quantum Hypnosis certification is complete, trance work here is offered as guided self-hypnosis and absorption practice within coaching scope — and I will tell you exactly where I am in that training rather than imply more than I hold.
I do not source, supply, administer, or advise on obtaining any controlled substance. Preparation and integration only. This boundary is absolute and it is written into the agreements you sign before we begin.
Where the work needs a clinician, I say so and I refer. I would far rather tell you that in the application than in month three — and if it costs me the enrolment, that is the correct outcome for both of us.
No, and roughly half of the people this is designed for have not. Dreams, breathwork, and trance are doors in their own right, not consolation prizes for people who haven't sat in ceremony. If journeys are part of your life, their preparation and integration fits inside the container. If they are not, the container is complete without them.
No. Never. I do not source, supply, administer, or advise on obtaining any controlled substance, and I will not make an exception for anyone. What I do is preparation and integration — the work before and the work after. If that is not what you are looking for, this is the wrong door and I would rather you know that now.
Not honestly, no. Dream recall takes weeks to establish and a dream series takes a season to reveal its shape — a ten-week container gets you a handful of dreams and no pattern. Lucid induction is slow and highly individual, and often needs a failed attempt before a successful one. And journeys do not arrange themselves around a four-month calendar. Six months means the preparation, the experience, and the integration window can all sit inside the same held relationship. The container has to be longer than the phenomenon's natural period, or you are just selling people a deadline.
It depends entirely on who you are, which is why the screen is real and comes first. There are histories for which deliberate altered-states work is genuinely unsafe — psychosis, bipolar I, active suicidality, severe dissociation, recent psychiatric hospitalization — and I decline those applications rather than manage them. Everything else is handled by sequencing: month one builds the regulation and the exit route before we go anywhere, breathwork contraindications are cleared before every arc, and descents are paced with recovery weeks rather than stacked. And I watch for the specific risk of this kind of work, which is someone enjoying the descent while quietly disengaging from their life. That question gets asked every month: what has this cost you, in ordinary time?
No, and I will not pretend otherwise. This is somatic coaching and mentorship — science-based and trauma-aware, but not psychotherapy. I am not a licensed psychotherapist or physician. I do not diagnose, treat mental illness, or prescribe. What I hold is a PhD in Medicinal Organic Chemistry, with training in somatic trauma coaching, Compassionate Inquiry, Jungian depth psychology and dream interpretation, breathwork, and psychedelic preparation and integration through VITAL and ICEERS Academy — and I am currently certifying as a Quantum Hypnosis practitioner. Where the work needs a clinician, I say so and I refer.
Psychedelic Integration is an episode. The Deep Water is a practice. If you have one ceremony to metabolize — one arc, one window — Integration is five sessions and it is the right purchase, and I will tell you so. If you are building a life that includes non-ordinary states as a working method, across dreams, breath, trance and journeys, over months, that is this.
Then that is the finding, and we work with it. A system that will not open is usually protecting something, and that is more interesting material than a dramatic experience would have been. I do not promise an experience, guarantee lucidity, or treat intensity as evidence of progress. The measure of success here is not what you saw. It is what changed afterward.
€3,880 for the full six-month container — fourteen 90-minute sessions, the complete screening and baseline process, personal guided audio, all materials and logs, bounded weekday support, and the final practice architecture. That is roughly €647 a month. 2, 3, or 6-month payment plans are available and we agree which one before we begin.
Then we slow it down. If life shifts too fast, or the rhythm stops being one your nervous system can metabolize, you can self-pace the container — we stretch the timeline so the work is done with integrity and actually integrated, rather than completed on schedule and half-absorbed. I would rather you take eight months and land it than six months and file it. Given that this entire programme is built on the principle that regulation comes before revelation, it would be strange to then hold you to a calendar your system cannot keep.
No — it is separate, optional, and priced separately. But clients working with me receive 10% off a place — €2,700 becomes €2,430 — and the timing is deliberate: the current retreat runs in Colombia from 30 January to 7 February 2027, five places, with enrolment closing 15 September 2026. For anyone whose container closes around then, the end of the deep work and a small celebratory trip can be the same moment. The container is complete without it, and I will not sequence a programme so the retreat becomes the thing you feel you have to buy to finish properly.
Voice notes or text, Monday to Thursday, one exchange per weekday, and I reply within 24 hours on weekdays. It is for dreams you want to catch before they fade, states that arrive between sessions, and the moments when something surfaces and you need a grounding point. It is deliberately not open-ended and it is not a crisis line — we agree a separate protocol for that at intake. A channel with edges is the only kind that can reliably hold anything.
that is not a failure of the experience. That is the part nobody taught you. Four people at a time, application only, with a real screen.
