I spent more than a decade doing research, and before I understood what the laboratory couldn't explain. The nervous system follows rules that no protocol can fully capture — it responds to presence, to relationship, to the quality of attention it receives. That realisation sent me on a different kind of research.
I trained in coaching, somatic trauma work, breathwork, and psychedelic-assisted modalities, not because I wanted to leave science — but because I wanted to take it further than it's usually allowed to go. The combination is rare. That's why I built it.
I work online with people from all around the world. My practice is small by design — deep work requires presence, not volume. I'm based in Portugal, available in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and I take full responsibility for the quality of every container I hold.

Based in Portugal. All sessions are online, with the option to be in person upon request and agreement. Available in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Sessions can accommodate European, US East Coast, and similar timezones.

I'm a somatic coach and integration specialist — not a licensed therapist or psychiatrist. If you're experiencing a mental health crisis, please reach out to your GP, a clinical psychologist, or emergency services. I'll help connect you to appropriate clinical support if needed.
